Rain or Shine Window Cleaning was founded in the 1970s by Len Zitzer. For over 20 years, Len provided subcontracting services for various companies before officially launching his own business in 1997. His dedication and exceptional service quickly gained recognition, and within two years, the demand became too great for him to handle alone.

To meet the growing workload, he brought on Carl—his daughter Jenna’s future husband—to assist with operations. Over the years, our company has expanded beyond window and gutter cleaning. We now offer professional pressure washing and Christmas light installation, allowing us to take care of even more of your home maintenance needs.

Prices depend on how much debris there is, how the roof is configured, how high the gutters are, and how many gutters there are

This is a guide to pricing your own window cleaning using a pane count.
It is not necessarily the exact dollar amount.

Minor restoration is included in the price. If the windows haven’t been done in a while, we won’t charge for the extra labor to get them clean. This includes dirt and debris that can be removed with a light buffing.

Major restoration is not included. Examples are post construction or remodel cleaning, or if paint needs to be removed because the painter didn’t protect the windows properly. It also does not include other difficult problems like hard water removal, or heavy amounts of tree sap on glass.
