Difficulties that could increase your price

The following are things that could increase your window cleaning price. They are not all of the reasons.

• recently had pressure-washing done on or near the house
• paint on the windows (assuming you want us to remove it)
• it's been a long time since your last window cleaning
• the windows are difficult to reach outside because of landscaping or terrain
• the windows are difficult to reach inside because of furniture or architecture

Here are some things that could affect your gutter cleaning price.

• gutters are really full
• exceptionally tall roof
• sometimes the roofing extends to far over the gutter, making it very difficult to scoop the debris out
• downspouts are clogged, and need to be dismantled
